Prof. Dr. Holger Schiele holds the Chair of Technology Management — Innovation in Purchasing, Production and Logistics at the University of Twente. He is one of the most published professors in the field of purchasing and supply management in the world, with over 200 publications and 10,000+ citations.

Before joining academia, he worked for 10 years in industry with Preussag AG and as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and h&z. He is co-founder of the European Laboratory on Innovative Purchasing and Supply (EL-IPS) and a frequent keynote speaker at international procurement conferences.

Dr. Frederik Vos

Dr. Frederik G. S. Vos is an Assistant Professor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Portland State University. He holds a PhD and three Master's degrees (Business Administration, Psychology and Communication Science) from the University of Twente. His research focuses on buyer-supplier relationships, supplier resource allocation strategies and digitalisation in public, healthcare and industrial procurement.

He serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management and is a member of the IPSERA Executive Committee. Previously, he was Vice-Chairman of NEVI (Dutch Association for Purchasing Management), a consultant at the Public Procurement Research Centre, and a business intelligence analyst in Volkswagen AG's global purchasing department. Regularly awarded for teaching excellence and academic accomplishments, he is the head of the development team of suPlay.

Dr. Vincent Delke

Dr. Vincent Delke is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente, specialising in the dynamic interface between buyers and suppliers in product value chains. His research focuses on how purchasing and supply management practices create strategic value.

His expertise spans digital transformation in procurement, AI integration, sustainability compliance and workforce development. He holds a PhD from the University of Twente (in collaboration with Münster University of Applied Sciences) and is a member of the European Laboratory on Innovative Purchasing and Supply (EL-IPS).

Jan-Henner Theissen

Jan-Henner Theissen brings nearly three decades of procurement leadership experience, including eight years in executive positions in the USA. He has led procurement functions at AGCO Corporation ($14B, including Fendt), Benteler Group ($8B) and ThyssenKrupp ($40B), overseeing strategy, supplier development and risk management across global teams.

His teams' innovations earned the BME eSolutions Award (2015) for risk management and the BVL Innovation Prize (2016) for cloud-based supplier management — both recognised in Forbes and Best in Procurement. Since 2017, he leads targetP, supporting organisations as interim CPO and senior advisor on digital transformation, restructuring and procurement excellence.
